It was while reading the latest newsletter from my missionary friends, Francois and Nadia Hattingh, about their ministry work in Northern Mozambique, that I felt encouraged to move forward with publishing the words of encouragement I have shared with many people over the last few years.

The idea that I could share God’s Word through this book while also helping to support the work among the Mwinika people simply made sense.

The Hattinghs have not only lived among the Mwinika people for many years, but have also learned their language, supported Bible translation efforts, taught literacy, and trained local teachers to continue the work.  They disciple new believers, have started a preschool, and have developed a Christian pre-school curriculum in the Mwinika language.

As with any ministry, the ongoing costs of teachers, materials and educational resources are a reality.  That is what stirred my heart to donate all proceeds from this book to support the work among the Mwinika people.
